Recipe: SCN Chai Tea Lattè
This recipe is dairy free, anti-inflammatory, lowers blood pressure plus it tastes amazing!
- 1 cinnamon stick 
- 6 small whole black peppers corns 
- 1/8 tsp turmeric spice 
- 1/8 tsp cardamom 
- 1-inch piece of ginger 
- 1 tea bag of Rooibos tea 
- 1-2 tbs of grade B organic syrup 
- 2 cups of filtered water 
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk 
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a small pot with water and either coconut milk or almond milk. 
- Bring to a boil for only a minute then bring down the heat to a simmer for 15 minutes. 
- After 15 minutes stir in a tablespoon of organic maple syrup, strain the tea into a cup, throw out the tea bag and discard the peppercorns and cinnamon stick.
